I ordered 2 of these (1 silver, 1 black) and received them a few days ago. Overall the bed is good quality, took about 3 hours to build, and my kids are very happy with them. A few complaints though... the frame is a little wobbly, it's not going to fall down, but does move around a bit. [...], the steps are thin metal... they really hurt on bare feet. I'm thinking about getting some thick pads to put over them. Some things to keep in mind... pay very close attention to the instructions, they are not very clear and you can easily mess up and have to redo some of the steps cause you did a piece backwards. Get an allen wrench with a handle, the tiny one they ship with hurts on the hands after screwing in about 40 screws. Have 2 people build this... some of the bars are tough to hold up by yourself, and the wood plank for the desk is almost impossible to put on the mounts and still be able to get a screw in to hold it in place by yourself. And be prepared to have a hell of a time actually making the bed ;)
